Request for Proposal: Community Center Remodel and Demolition of 54 Canal Street

The Town of Hinsdale is accepting bids for town-owned property.

101 Fox Run Rd. – Tax Map 20, Lot 39.  This is a 1.010-acre land only parcel. This parcel is non-buildable, abutter lot with frontage on a road. Minimum Bid: $24,000.

Off Chesterfield Rd. – Tax Map 21 Lot 3-2.  This is a 2.220-acre land only parcel.  This parcel has steep slopes with frontage on a road. Minimum Bid: $45,100.

Off Pond Rd. – Tax Map 20, Lot 26.  This is a 9.40-acre land only parcel. This parcel is land locked with no frontage on a road. Minimum Bid: $69,900.

These properties are being sold as is without any warranties included or implied.  The Town of Hinsdale reserves the right to refuse/reject any or all bids received.

All bids should be submitted to the Selectmen's Office in the Town Hall, P.O. Box 13, Hinsdale, New Hampshire 03451, or emailed to townadmin@hinsdalenh.org, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday May 6, 2024 and should be clearly marked "Tax Map 20 Lot 39" or “Tax Map 21 Lot 3-2” or "Tax Map 20 Lot 26".  All bids will be reviewed on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
